• Curve or Curve+ Tub: Cedar exterior and stainless steel liner.

• Easy setup: Standard 10amp plug-and-play ice bath set and ready-to-assemble sauna kit (requires electrician to connect the heater).

Explore our individual product pages for exact dimensions and technical specs.

A solid foundation ensures a smooth installation and protects your investment:

• Solid, level base: Place both units on a flat, level surface capable of supporting heavy weight, such as a concrete slab, paved area, or reinforced deck.
• Placement: While weather-resistant, the ice bath performs best in a weather-protected area. The sauna can sit fully outdoors, provided you apply the included roof shingles and oil the exterior timber.
• Drainage: Choose a location for both the sauna and ice bath that allows for direct drainage so the units don't sit in pooled water.
• Power requirements: The ice bath is pure plug-and-play on a standard 10amp outlet. The traditional sauna heater requires a licensed electrician to hardwire it. We recommend an electrical consult before ordering.

Your bundle arrives securely packed in separate, heavy-duty wooden crates via kerbside courier. The sauna is delivered as a precision flatpack, while the ice bath arrives as a pre-built tub—fully protected in individual crates. We offer free delivery across most of Australia*, dispatching within 1–2 business days with a 1–14 day transit time.

• Note: Depot delivery applies to SA, TAS, NT, and WA. Remote or extended zones may incur an additional freight charge, which we will confirm with you prior to dispatch.

Unpacking is straightforward and designed for a smooth, rewarding setup:

• Unboxing: Use a drill or crowbar to open the wooden crates. Unload the crate and carry the pieces individually to your wellness area. This can be done by 1-2 people in about 30 minutes.
• Ice Bath setup: The tub arrives fully built. Simply place it, connect the hoses to the 1HP chiller, fill with a garden hose, and plug into a standard 10amp socket.
• Sauna assembly: The sauna arrives as a precision flatpack with interlocking panels. Two people with basic building confidence can assemble the structure in one day. Professional installation is also available.
• Electrical check: The ice bath is pure plug-and-play. Check your specific sauna page to see the electrical requirements for your chosen heater. A licensed electrician is required to hardwire the heater.
