Shipping policy

Shipping:

• We book courier collection for saunas, cold plunge, sauna accessories and heaters one business day after full payment is received. Couriers usually collect the next business day.

• Our trusted couriers pick up your items from both our Tingalpa and Northgate warehouses.

• Where possible you will be provided with tracking information when your order is picked up by the couriers.

• Depending on your location, your order should arrive 3 to 10 business days later after dispatch. Regional areas can take longer.

• Sauna and cold plunge crate deliveries are to the property curb in front of your property

• The courier company will make the final determination if your property is accessible for a safe curbside delivery. 

• Our crates can be manually unloaded to a backyard in approximately 30 minutes
  
  

• We know lost, damaged, or delayed parcels are frustrating. Speak to us and we will quickly help you out.

• Due to the limited access of our carriers, it is possible that there are certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service, and these orders will be cancelled and fully refunded afterwards.

  Free shipping excludes international and remote Australian locations.

  Free delivery is available across QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT (subject to review for regional areas, where additional charges may apply).

  For larger items such as saunas and ice baths:

  • SA customers receive free delivery to their nearest freight partner depot
  • TAS, NT and WA customers receive discounted depot delivery (from $650)
  For accessories and smaller items, we aim to provide free delivery to these locations wherever possible. In some cases, shipping charges may be reviewed depending on location.
  
  Additional freight charges may still be applied for remote locations.
