Our Story
Elevate began the same way many of our customers start their wellness journey: looking for a simple way to feel better, recover well and spend more quality time together as a family.
In 2019, while searching for a barrel sauna to complement our active lifestyle, recovery routine and love of the outdoors, we discovered there were very few quality options available in Australia. The products we found were often difficult to view, expensive to access, or lacked the support and confidence we were looking for.
After sourcing and installing our own barrel sauna in our backyard in Brisbane, it quickly became a valued part of our daily routine. As friends, family and neighbours began asking where they could find something similar, we realised there was an opportunity to help more Australians experience the benefits of sauna and cold therapy.
What started as a personal passion soon became Elevate Saunas—a family business dedicated to making premium sauna and cold therapy experiences more accessible to Australians.
Elevating Recovery Across Australia
With more than 25 years of business experience and a passion for wellness, quality products and customer service, we launched Elevate by personally delivering saunas throughout Brisbane.
What began as a small family business has grown through word of mouth, customer referrals and a commitment to honest advice and exceptional support.
Today, we've helped more than 2,000 customers create their own wellness spaces and delivered over 1,000 saunas and ice baths across Australia. From families building daily rituals at home to professional athletes, luxury accommodation providers and leading wellness destinations, we're proud to support a diverse and growing community of Australians embracing sauna and cold therapy.

While much has changed since we delivered our first saunas around Brisbane, one thing hasn't: we're still a family business that genuinely cares about every customer's experience.
Today, we're supported by a trusted team of warehouse, logistics, installation and customer support partners. You'll often find us working between our Brisbane display and dispatch warehouses, helping customers with product selection, coordinating deliveries, providing assembly guidance and offering support long after installation.
