Elevate Saunas – Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Elevate Saunas (“Elevate Saunas”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with your purchase of an Elevate Wooden Sauna, Harvia Electric Heater, Ice Bath, Ice Bath Chiller Unit, or Sauna/Ice Bath Accessory (“Product”).
Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or reasonable reimbursement for third-party repair or replacement, subject to the terms below.

1. Warranty Coverage
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time the Product left our warehouse.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.
Special Conditions for Harvia Heaters

For residential use, Harvia heaters are covered for 3 years.

For commercial use (including gyms, wellness centres, Airbnbs, hotels, or other shared-use environments):

Heating elements: 6 months

Heater body, controls, and other components: 12 months

2. What’s Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

Transport or storage after delivery
-
Misuse, improper use, or neglect
-
Incorrect installation or failure to follow Product instructions
-
Failure to carry out reasonable maintenance
-
Modifications or unauthorized repairs
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Accidents, abuse, or external events beyond our control
-
Natural variations in timber (including cracking, colour change, knots, or weathering)
Because wood is a natural material, we cannot warrant against natural ageing, degradation, or cosmetic changes over time.
3. Remedies
If a Product defect arises during the Warranty Period and qualifies under this Warranty, we will, at our discretion:

Supply replacement parts, or
-
Replace the entire Product free of charge if repair is not practical, or
-
Refund part or all of the purchase price, depending on the defect.
Labour costs are not covered.
If return of the defective Product is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Elevate Saunas.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, contact us at elevate@elevatesaunas.com.au with the following details:

Product name and model

Purchase date and purchaser name

Description and photos of the defect
We may request further information (e.g. proof of purchase, details of how the defect was discovered). No service will be provided without timely notice and our confirmation that the defect is covered.
5. Legal Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the Product.

We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages (except as required under the ACL).

Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the Warranty Period.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your warranty claim, please contact us in writing. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, you may seek assistance from your local consumer affairs body or other appropriate tribunal.
