Elevate Saunas warrants the structure of the Sauna and the Harvia Sauna Heater against damage caused by defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Water Damage and Cosmetic ‘wear & tear’ - e.g scratches, spillages, scuffs to the materials are not covered under warranty & customers are advised to maintain their sauna and ensure water damage does not occur.

Elevate Saunas warrants the Sauna Accessories against damage caused by defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Cosmetic ‘wear & tear’ - e.g scratches, spillages, scuffs to the materials is not covered under warranty & customers are advised to maintain their sauna accessories.

Conditions & Exclusions

There is ground movements which affects the product
The sauna has not been maintained in accordance with our recommended maintenance schedule.
The provided roof shingles have not been installed.
There is failure to follow instructions provided by Elevate Saunas at the time of install.
There is failure to install the product on a suitable hard level surface.
There is any unauthorized maintenance, repairs, alterations or modifications.
There is failure to strictly follow manufacturers requirements and specifications.
There are termites, pests, acts of force majeure or events outside the control of Elevate Saunas.
There is electrical blowout, voltage spikes or operation at 10V above or below 240V.
The product is used for commercial purposes.
The original customer sells the product to a private buyer.
There is water damage to the sauna due to being used in the incorrect environment.
